Vintage throne for a little princess

It was a bit of time I had bought this vintage child seat by a second-hand dealer outside Rome. I had just painted it white and scratched to give it a shabby chic tone, but I was not satisfied. Yesterday, in a very short time I decided to change his look. I made the pastel pink lines and with the technique of transferring the image I turned the child seat into an adorable throne for little princesses.

I made the pillow cover with a skirt I had taken at a flea market and the organza roses were the remnant of a curtain.

Era un pò di tempo che avevo comprato questo seggiolino datato da un rigattiere fuori Roma. Lo avevo semplicemente dipinto di bianco e grattato per dargli un tono shabby chic, ma non ero soddisfatta. Ieri in men che non si dica ho deciso di cambiargli look. Ho realizzato le linee rosa pastello e con la tecnica del trasferimento d'immagine ho trasformato il seggiolino in un adorabile trono per piccole principesse.

La fodera del cuscino l'ho realizzata con una gonna che avevo preso ad un mercatino e le rose in organzina erano lo scampolo di una tendina.
